Temperature Control System
7-stage temperature control technology system, which combined with the temperature field dinite element analysis, to ensure full play to the performance advantages of various insulation materials.
Low Noise
Unique noise reduction measures are adopted in different parts to ensure that the noise control is better than the national standards.
Low Loss
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity, using the Swiss core automatic laminating machine or longitudinal and transverse shearing, multi-stage full-slant seam automatic laminating, core tying using overall pressure and PET tape tying process, effectively reducing the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer.
No Leakage
The oil tank and oil storage cabinet have been tested for positive and negative pressure to ensure that there will be no oil leakage during normal operation. The components are installed with a flange groove structure, and all seals are made of high-quality once-formed acrylate rubber parts to prevent oil-leakage.
Strong Short Circuit Resistance
The transformer coils are calculated with reasonable ampere-turn balance and semi-rigid copper wire is used. The core claiming parts are calculated for strength and stiffness to meet the safety requirements of maximum short-circuit mechanical force. The winding pads are all densified and made of high-density rigid cardboard and adopted integra set & integral pressing to ensure the accuracy of assembly and the short-circuit resistance.

Quality Assurance Factory Testing Procedures

Voltage Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relationship Test on Each Tapping. This test ensures that the transformer's output voltage matches the specified ratio and that the polarity and phase relationship are correct for each tapping point on the transformer.
Resistance of All Windings: By measuring the resistance of all windings, this test verifies the integrity of the transformer windings and ensures they meet design specifications.
No-Load Current and No-Load Losses Measurement: This test determines the current drawn by the transformer when no load is connected and measures the associated losses, providing insights into the transformer's efficiency.
Impedance Voltage Measurement: This test measures the impedance voltage of the transformer, helping determine its ability to regulate voltage and withstand external disturbances.

Induced Over-Voltage and Separate Source Voltage Withstand Tests: These tests assess the transformer's ability to withstand over-voltage conditions induced by external factors or from a separate power source.
Impulse Voltage Withstand Test: This test evaluates the transformer's insulation system by subjecting it to high-voltage impulses to ensure it can withstand transient voltage surges.
Noise Level Test: The noise level test measures the sound produced by the transformer during operation, ensuring it meets acceptable noise standards for its intended environment.
Oil Leakage Test: This test checks for any oil leaks in the transformer, ensuring that the insulating oil remains contained within the transformer to maintain proper operation and prevent environmental contamination.
